Show dates: September 11th  &12th, 2010

Artists and Craftspersons who wish to exhibit at the Miamisburg Starving Artists Fall Arts and Crafts Festival must complete this Jury Application and have their work accepted by the Jury Committee.  PLEASE REMEMBER, ALL OF YOUR ITEMS MUST BE HAND MADE BY YOU, THE EXHIBITOR.

To be considered, please send three (3) close-up photos that clearly illustrate the quality and type of your work.  Note: Photographs that include a small grouping of items will be more effective in representing your work to the Jury Committee than photographs that include your entire inventory in one view. At the Artists or craftspersons option, a fourth photograph of the exhibitor's booth may be submitted that shows the items on display at another show.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND SLIDES.

Each item pictured must be offered for sale at $50.00 or under (excluding tax). All items must be created by the person that is submitting the Jury Application. Wholesale, buy-sell, imports, and co-op items are not permitted.

On the reverse side of this page you must submit a description of the items included in the photographs, a brief history of your experience in your art or craft, and a description of how you produce your items. In addition, please list the names of 2-3 shows where you have exhibited.

All Jury Applications will be reviewed by the Jury Committee in February 2010, and notification of results will be mailed to you as soon as possible. If you are accepted, your photographs will be kept in our file. If you are not accepted and you have provided a self-addressed stamped envelope with your Jury Application, your photographs will be returned to you.

Mail this form along with photographs, required descriptions, and a self-addressed stamped envelope.  Jury Applications should be mailed in January 2010 for review by our Jury Committee in February.  Any Jury Applications received after the Jury Committee meeting will be considered for the Fall 2010 Show if space is still available.
